Totally Nature is a Singapore produce wholesaler. We built the operations platform for sales, purchasing, inventory, customer payments, and staff, so orders, stock, and HR sit in one system.

Quotations, sales orders, invoices, and purchases were hard to follow across markets and customers. Stock, vendor bills, and staff records needed the same product list instead of separate spreadsheets.

The web platform covers login, a sales and purchase dashboard, customers and quotations, sales orders and invoices, payments and receivables, vendors, purchase requisitions and orders, product categories and stock, regions, users and roles, team chat, a calendar, and the HR dashboards for staff and awards.
