Project Summary
Modern Heritage Trading runs logistics, warehousing, and a vehicle fleet in Singapore. We built the operations platform for customers, inventory, quotations, orders, expenses, HR, and fleet planning, plus a driver app for deliveries, attendance, leave, and trip incentives.

The Challenge
Dispatch, warehouse stock, quotations, payroll, and driver jobs were hard to follow across separate screens. Planners needed one calendar for vehicles, and drivers needed a phone flow for the jobs assigned to them.

Our Solution
The web platform covers the logistics dashboard, users and customers, products and warehouses, expenses and reports, quotations and orders, employee records, payroll, leave, and fleet management from planner to vehicle maintenance. The driver app covers sign-in, assigned pickups, delivery history, live location, leave, the assigned vehicle, and trip incentives.

Results
Modern Heritage can plan vehicles from the dashboard and let drivers collect the same job, address, and incentive on their phone.
