Project Summary
Grocery Inc is a quick-commerce grocery platform. We built the operations website, the customer shopping app, and the delivery-partner app so catalog, orders, stock, and riders stay in one system.

The Challenge
Orders, pick work, inventory, coupons, and rider payouts were spread across separate tools. Customers needed a phone app for the shop, and delivery partners needed their own app for pickup and drop-off.

Our Solution
The website covers login, an operations dashboard, orders and pick, carts, customers, categories and products, inventory and warehouses, offers, coupons and rewards, purchases, delivery partners, driver earnings, and staff roles. The customer app covers home, categories, cart, coupons, payment, orders, wallet, and profile. The delivery app covers onboarding, new orders, store navigation, QR pickup, customer delivery, earnings, wallet, and support.

Results
Grocery Inc can run the store from the operations dashboard, let customers shop on the phone, and send each order to a delivery partner from accept through delivery.
