Project Summary
EZZTOK is a Singapore mobile marketplace that lets customers buy, rent, and sell the latest phones from one polished storefront. We designed and built the public website plus a staff operations app so rental plans, inventory, and orders stay in sync.

The Challenge
Phone rental businesses usually juggle a public catalogue, flexible payment plans, trade-in/sell flows, and back-office tracking across spreadsheets. EZZTOK needed one system that could market flagship devices, convert visitors into rental or purchase orders, and give staff a live view of every device on the road.

Our Solution
We delivered a conversion-focused storefront with featured devices, rental catalogues, hot deals, accessories, a sell-your-phone journey, help centre and contact flows. Behind it, staff get a secure login, operations dashboard, order management, order detail pages, and a rental tracker so every device can be followed from checkout to return.

Results
Customers can browse current models such as iPhone 17 Pro with flexible rental plans, while the operations team manages orders and live rentals from one admin app instead of disconnected tools.
